Paper Industry: Industrial productions of this type use large quantities of water in the production process, which also determines the high wastewater flow rates that need to be treated. The main task that should be achieved in addition to the treatment of water from this industry is the separation in the process of wastewater treatment of paper pulp, which will allow its recycling in the main production. The technological equipment offered is suitable for the treatment of paper production process water from both recycled paper and cellulose and has been successfully instaled on field site in the municipality of Pazardzhik.

Rotary Screens

The Defender® rotary screens are designed to remove solids transported by the water which must be treated so it can be avoided the obstruction and mechanical problems in the aftercoming equipment. These devices are self-cleaning, automatic propelled and they filter the wastewater through a filtration drum made of a grid or perforated mesh with different apertures of 3.0 to 0.15 mm depending on the type and amount of solids. Their installation in wastewater treatment plants of settlements can allow the replacement of primary sedimentation tanks, ensuring the elimination of coarse sands and up to 30% of the fats. The offered equipment is easy to operate due to the fact that the treatment stream enters through a flange located on the outside of the drum and is distributed evenly by an overflow over the drum filter. The solids are retained on the surface of the drum as it rotates and the inflow water passing the drum in both upper and bottom sides performs as cleaning function. When passing through the external scraper, the solids are separated from the net and fall off by gravity. Flotator

Anaconda® flotators are highly efficient (up to 99%) systems for physico-chemical removal of undissolved substances from wastewater. The purification of pollutants here takes place through a combination of several processes: coagulation, by adding the appropriate chemicals are formed the so-called "flocs" (aggregated parts of pollution), flotation in which, under the influence of dissolved air the already formed flocs "float" which leads to their removal from the surface scraper and precipitation of larger and heavier particles, which are subsequently removed from the bottom assisted by a lamellar system. The operation of the offered equipment is fully automated and easy to control through a PLC control module equipped with a touch screen, in addition to which it is equipped with emergency shutdown and security systems, pneumatic control circuit and air injection.
