Defender® channel screen conveyors are versatile equipment that is used in the straining, compaction and transportation processes for mechanical sewage treatment. The installation of these facilities prevents various in type and dimension solids from entering the wastewater and prevent causing the sewers, reservoirs and pipelines clog, and protects the rest of the equipment at the plant from overloading, blocking and wear. The lattice structure in form of bent half-pipe is made of stainless steel with perforations from 1 to 10 mm in size. The Defender® compact pre-treatment plant is a complex equipment that allows the implementation of several processes simultaneously: straining, removal of sand and grease. These facilities include a channel screen conveyors or compacting auger, 2 pcs. screw conveyor (longitudinal and inclined), sand and grease removal bath-tub and scraper system. Once the solids have been filtered, compacted and removed, the equipment is equipped with a fine aeration system located at the bottom of the bathtub, which allows the fat to rise to the surface. The grease is then removed by a scraper trapping system located at the end of the sand and grease removal bath-tub, which transports it to the edge of it from where it is gravitationally extracted by pipe.

Anaconda® flotators are highly efficient (up to 99%) systems for physico-chemical removal of undissolved substances from wastewater. The purification of pollutants here takes place through a combination of several processes: coagulation, by adding the appropriate chemicals are formed the so-called "flocs" (aggregated parts of pollution), flotation in which, under the influence of dissolved air the already formed flocs "float" which leads to their removal from the surface scraper and precipitation of larger and heavier particles, which are subsequently removed from the bottom assisted by a lamellar system.
